Middletown, OH -- Enjoy the Holiday Season with lights, camera and ice skating. Enjoy the thousands upon thousands of twinkling lights and holiday displays at Smith Park before heading to downtown Middletown to grab a photo with the Grinch and putting on a pair of ice skates. 

Until January 3 ice skating is available under the open sky during the day and twinkling lights and stars at night every day. The rink opens everyday at 11 am. Monday through Thursday it closes at 10pm. Friday and Saturday it closes at Midnight.

The Holiday Whopla Festival is every Sat. & Sun from 5pm till 10 pm. Then, the week of Christmas Whopla will happen Monday Dec., 20 through Thursday Dec., 23 from Noon to 10 pm. During the Whopla visit the holiday window showcase displays, the holiday art and craft show, sweet treats, food specials, hot coca and adult beverages.

Light Up Middletown is celebrating its 21 year and is open everyday until New Year's Eve from 6 to 10 pm. Admission is by donations.
