MVCTC Opens Nominations for 2027 Hall of Fame

CARLISLE, OHIO — The Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) is accepting nominations for its 2026-2027 Hall of Fame induction. Nominations will be accepted through midnight on October 16, 2026.

Established in 1991, the MVCTC Hall of Fame recognizes alumni who have made significant contributions to their professions and communities. Inductions are held every five years, with a maximum of ten honorees selected during each cycle.

Eligible nominees must be completers of the former Montgomery County Joint Vocational School or Miami Valley Career Technology Center. This includes eligible completers of high school career-technical programs, Adult Education, Youth Connections, and Satellite programs. Satellite students must have completed at least three of their four high school years in the same career pathway.

Candidates must have at least five years of professional experience following graduation at the time of nomination. They must also demonstrate continued education, specialized training, or professional development after graduation.

An independent panel of outside judges appointed by the MVCTC Superintendent will review the nominations and select the inductees. MVCTC faculty and staff do not serve on the judging panel. The selected honorees will be inducted in March 2027.
