DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP, OH — There will be a little more “buzz” around The District at Deerfield this weekend as Beeline Ales & Spirits officially opens its doors Friday, Oct. 16, bringing craft cocktails, martinis, mocktails and late-night entertainment to one of Warren County’s fastest-growing entertainment districts.
The new Beeline, located at 5200 District Park Drive, Suite G110, will celebrate its grand opening beginning at 4 p.m. Friday, with giveaways, complimentary merchandise and sweet treats while supplies last. A DJ is scheduled from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Sajel Ryan, marketing director for Four Entertainment Group, or 4EG, said the company has watched the way people socialize evolve — and its menus have evolved along with them.
“We are a bar-only concept, so we have primarily cocktails and beer,” Ryan said. “But our menus have evolved over the years, too, where we have a whole non-alcoholic section for people who aren’t partaking in alcohol.”
That includes non-alcoholic beers and mocktails, giving those who want the social experience without alcohol another option.
Beeline’s name is a nod to the historic railroad line that once connected Cincinnati and Columbus. The concept first arrived in the Cincinnati area at Newport on the Levee in 2021, where its cocktail menu and riverfront setting helped establish the brand.
The Deerfield location becomes the fourth Beeline operated by Cincinnati-based 4EG, joining locations in Newport, Columbus and Naples, Florida. The new Warren County bar occupies about 3,379 square feet and includes indoor and outdoor seating.
Its train theme carries into the drink menu.
Among Beeline’s signature cocktails are Bend the Rails, a lighter drink made with Ketel One Botanical Peach & Orange Blossom, honey, lemon, peach and club soda; and the bourbon-based Night Train.
For martini fans, Ryan has a personal recommendation.
“You’ve got to try the Lavender Lemon Drop Martini,” she said, calling it her favorite. The drink features lavender-infused Tito’s vodka.

The company sees guests ranging from people in their 20s to those in their 30s, 40s and beyond — sometimes even mothers and daughters enjoying a night out together.
“The 4EG bars appeal to a huge range of people,” Ryan said. “It’s not just young 20-somethings.”
That could prove particularly important in Deerfield Township, where Beeline is surrounded by restaurants, entertainment, apartments and other businesses creating a walkable destination rather than a single stop.
Monday through Friday, Beeline opens at 4 p.m., with happy hour from 4 to 7 p.m. During happy hour, select offerings are half price, according to Ryan.
On Saturdays and Sundays, the bar opens at 2 p.m. Friday and Saturday nights will feature DJs, while Thursdays will include a ladies-night promotion from 7 p.m. until close featuring $7 martinis.
Beeline arrives as development at The District at Deerfield continues to accelerate.
The 28-acre mixed-use development includes 362 apartments along with restaurant, retail and entertainment space. Existing tenants include PINS Mechanical, Fifty West Brewing Company, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, Café Patachou and 101 Craft Kitchen. The Eagle recently opened, while Pepp & Dolores is expected to follow.
Ryan said watching the area take shape has added to the excitement of opening Beeline.
“We’re just getting open. Friday is our grand opening,” she said. “It’s been really fun, especially opening with The Eagle and Pepp & Dolores coming soon.”
The entertainment options won't necessarily end at Beeline’s doors.
The District plans programming in its outdoor common areas, and Ryan said Beeline can serve guests through the development’s designated outdoor refreshment area, or DORA, during certain outdoor events.
That means guests attending concerts or other programming outside may be able to purchase a drink from Beeline and take it into the designated area.
For Beeline, it all fits into the larger idea behind The District — creating a place where people can eat, drink, gather and spend an evening without necessarily having to travel into downtown Cincinnati.
With restaurants, bars, apartments, entertainment and more businesses still arriving, Ryan believes the development is only beginning to hit its stride.
“It’s really exciting to see all the development in this area and all the new things to come,” she said. “It’s going to be, I think, a very popular area for a long time.”
