LAST CHANCE TO CATCH JACQUES ZE WHIPPER AT THE OHIO RENAISSANCE FESTIVAL THIS HIGHLAND WEEKEND, SEPT. 26–27

HARVEYSBURG, OH -- Time is running out to see Jacques ze Whipper live. The social media star and America's Got Talent alum makes his final 2026 appearances at the Ohio Renaissance Festival this Saturday and Sunday, September 26–27, during the festival's Highland Weekend.

Known to more than 5 million followers across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook for his dazzling whip tricks, magnificent, curled mustache and gloriously exaggerated French accent, Jacques ze Whipper is making his first-ever visit to the Ohio Renaissance Festival this season. After drawing crowds during Pirates Weekend, he returns for one last weekend of shows before cracking his way out of the village.

"Jacques has been an absolute showstopper, and guests have loved seeing in person what they've watched on their phones," said Cheryl Bales, Marketing Director for the Ohio Renaissance Festival. "If he's on your list, this weekend is your last chance, and the Highland celebration all around him makes it an easy call."

Highland Weekend: Pipes, Kilts and Games
Jacques shares the spotlight with a full weekend of Celtic celebration. Guests can cheer on the Highland Games in the Joust Field at 1:30pm, meet Irish Wolfhounds and family clans in Whimsy Woods, and enjoy bagpipes echoing through the lanes. Kilts and Highland attire are encouraged, though never required.

Tickets are sold out for Saturday; however, Sunday tickets are still available. Due to inclement ground conditions, guests are being encouraged to exchange tickets from Saturday to Sunday in hopes of gaining another dry day for conditions to improve. Ticket exchanges are available from the Get Tickets link at www.renfestival.com.

October Brings Five More Fun Themed Weekends
The fun continues every weekend through November 1:

Viking Weekend (Oct. 3–4): Gather your horde and raid the village. Special guest, Albannach, thundering pipes and drums, join the lineup.
Time Travelers Weekend (Oct. 10–11): Guests dress as favorite characters from film, TV, comics, sci-fi or fantasy, with costume contests for adults and kids. On Sunday, Oct. 11, fantasy author and former festival performer Christopher Buehlman (Christophe the Insultor) signs copies of his new novel, The Thrice-Bound Fool.
Romance Weekend (Oct. 17–18): Celebrate Sweetest Day with a free Mass Renewal of Vows Ceremony at St. Peter's Chapel.
Myths & Monsters Weekend (Oct. 24–25): New this year. Legends, ancient tales and fantastical beasts roam the village.
Heroes & Villains Weekend (Oct. 31–Nov. 1): New this year. Kids 12 and under get in free, and military members and first responders receive a $3 admission discount at the ticket booth.
