Franklin High School to present "Number the Stars" Feb. 6, 7, and 8
The Franklin High School Drama Club will present Number the Stars, a stage adaptation of Lois Lowry’s acclaimed novel, on Feb. 6 and 7 (7 p.m.) and 8 (2 p.m.) in the McDade Auditorium. 750 E. 4th Street, Franklin. Lowry’s book was adapted by Dr. Douglas W. Larche, with educational and editorial assistance from Susan Elliott Larche. The show is directed by Jeff Sams.

The drama club will continue its tradition of offering a complimentary senior citizens' performance of Number the Stars Thursday, Feb. 5, at 9:30 a.m. Donuts and coffee will be served to seniors at 9 a.m. before the start of the show.
There is no cost to attend, but seniors must RSVP by calling the FHS main office at 937-743-8611. Please note that attendees are to call the HIGH SCHOOL office to RSVP, but the performance is in the McDade Auditorium in the junior high building.
Attendees should take a photo ID when they check in at the junior high office.
The show is produced by special arrangement with THE DRAMATIC PUBLISHING COMPANY of Woodstock, Illinois.
