Franklin High School Drama Club kicks off its 2025-26 season with "The Old Man and The Old Moon," a music-filled adventure whose book, music, and lyrics are by Pigpen Theatre Co. Performances will be held November 14, 15, and 16, in the FCS McDade Auditorium, 750 E. 4th St, Franklin. Friday and Saturday performances are at 7 p.m.; the Sunday matinee is at 2 p.m.
The show is suitable for all ages, and tickets are available now at fhsdrama.booktix.com; tickets will also be available at the door.
The story follows an old man whose job is to fill the leaking moon with light each night. When his wife disappears, drawn away by a haunting melody from their past, he must choose between duty and love. His pursuit takes him through apocalyptic storms, naval battles, and encounters with both ghosts and leviathans of the deep—ultimately exploring the timeless challenge of embracing change.

Sunny, with a high of 51 and low of 31 degrees. Sunny in the morning, clear in the afternoon and evening,
To be clear - It was Landsman's party that Shut Down our government- hurting people on SNAP and hurting all government workers, not to mention travelers stuck in airports.
