WHAT:

Cincinnati’s artistic and imaginative baking community is once again taking center stage in Cincinnati Magazine’s fifth annual ‘Great Cincinnati Bake-Off,’ in partnership with and benefiting the Incubator Kitchen Collective. This creative confectionery competition and robust tasting experience at the Cintas Center will feature more than 20 stations serving desserts, cookies, pies, cakes, candy and more, plus a few savory options from several local bakeries and notable brands. General admission includes unlimited bites, drinks, and even a specialty take-home box for the goodies you can’t consume that night!

For weeks, the region’s best professional and amateur bakers have been preparing their entries for five competitions: cake decorating, pies, cookies and brownies, artisan bread and cheesecakes. A judging panel will select the winning entries in the amateur and professional brackets, with the coveted Golden Rolling Pin awards presented during the event.

Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Winners announced at approx. 7:30 p.m.

WHY:

The Great Cincinnati Bake-Off celebrates the Queen City’s best baking talent while supporting local culinary entrepreneurs. The Incubator Kitchen Collective will also be on-site to share how it invests in small, locally owned catering businesses across the Tri-State.
