LEBANON, OH -- “The Hub”, a new day habilitation program for adult men and women with developmental disabilities, will open its doors on Monday, October 5, 2026. The program is designed to give participants a meaningful weekday routine grounded in dignity, choice, skill-building, and belonging.

The Hub provides a daytime program for adults with a developmental disability. The program brings participants together for recreational activities, social interactions, and outings in the community. The Hub also provides NMT for participants in connection with its programs and outings.

Program highlights

  • Person-centered planning. Each participant’s schedule is shaped around individual strengths, interests, and goals.
  • Daily living and vocational skills. Practical training in communication, self-care, kitchen and household skills, money sense, and workplace-ready habits.
  • Community integration. Regular outings and partnerships that help participants take part in the life of the neighborhood, not only the walls of a program.
  • Recreation, wellness, and the arts. Movement, creative expression, and leisure activities that support health and joy.

Enrollment inquiries, referral partnerships with case managers and provider agencies, and community tour requests are being accepted now.

The Hub is locate4d at 812 Old Road 122, Lebanon, Ohio 45036.
