MAINEVILLE, OH -- Meet Cincinnati School of Music's Raquelia “Rocky” Ramlogan. She has played the violin for 16 years and teaches violin to people of all ages who are interested. When she is not teaching ,“Rocky” volunteers her musical talent by participating in the Cincinnati Civic Orchestra and the Seven Hills Symphony. "Rocky" is at CSM's Maineville campus, located at Township Center, 6400 S.
