Elijah Byndon, the Mainly Painting entrepreneur, did not set his career sights to be a house, building, or project painter. He enrolled in the Cincinnati Job Corps Program choosing a preparatory field in Facilities Maintenance. His initial experience in painting was acquired at Job Corps, where he painted on the trade school’s building, and the conference and administrative rooms.
