CRG Residential Broke Ground on $50 Million Development in Hamilton Township

HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, WARREN COUNTY, OH --CRG Residential celebrated the official groundbreaking of Union 48 on Monday Aug. 3. The $50 million Class A multifamily development will bring 220 residential units to 18 acres in fast-growing Hamilton Township, Warren County. The project reflects continued residential growth in the region and was made possible through a partnership with Hamilton Township, Warren County officials. Union 48 will feature a wide range of amenities, including:

• A heated saltwater pool
• A dog park and pet spa
• Private work lounges
• A pickleball court
• A 24-hour fitness center
• & much more!

Leasing at Union 48 is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2027. Construction updates will be shared as the project progresses.
