SPRINGBORO, OH -- The Warren County Board of Developmental Disabilities (WCBDD) will host a free egg hunt for children with disabilities at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 12, at the Miracle League Field in Springboro, located at 1605 S. Main Street.

The event welcomes children ages 17 and under with developmental disabilities, as well as their siblings. Arts and crafts will be available to participants starting at 1:30 p.m., and visitors are invited to explore the accessible playground at the Miracle League Field. The Egg Hunt will commence promptly at 2 p.m.

Approximately 1,500 eggs filled with toys, candy, and prize tickets will be scattered about the Miracle League Field. Participants are encouraged to bring a basket to collect eggs and a camera to capture memories. The Easter Bunny will be making a special appearance to pose for photos and hand out prizes.

The Miracle League Field is accessible to individuals who use walkers or wheelchairs. New this year, some eggs will be attached to balloons, making them easier for people to reach and collect without needing to bend down.

The Warren County Board of Developmental Disabilities supports more than 2,500 individuals with disabilities and their families, through Early Intervention, Community Resources, Employment Services, Social, Recreational, Service Coordination, and other programs.
