CARLISLE, OH -- Now in its third year, Carlisle's Roscoe Roof Park will turn into a food truck court every Thursday, weather permitting, during the spring, summer and fall season.
"Our food truck Thursday is back at Roscoe Roof Park," explained Carlisle Councilwoman Deborah Kemper, adding, "We are kicking off the fun with Safety Week."
On May 2nd from 5pm-8pm, not only will the parking lot be filled with five different food trucks, the Carlisle Police and Fire will be on hand, as well as JEMS, Warren County Sheriff’s K-9 Team and a SWAT Vehicle for the kids to explore.
The Food Truck scheduled for May 2 consist of:
- Smokin Double D’s
- Claybourne Grill
- Little Boijon Asian Cuisine
- Totally Awesome Kettle Corn
- Little Trolly Donuts
