Carlisle Varsity Competition Cheer Squad Heading to Disney for the National High School Cheerleading Competition

CARLISLE, OH --The 2024-2025 Varsity Competition Cheer Squad will once again be competing at the National High School Cheerleading Competition in Walt Disney World. This is their second year going in the last ten years, and we expect them to go far in the competition. 

Mariah Venters, Lauren Nickell, and Deanne Johnson are the coaches. Mariah has been coaching for 10 years since she graduated in 2014. Lauren has been coaching for 4 years, she is also a Carlisle Alum. Deanne Johnson, a  1989 graduate of CHS, has been coaching for 32 years, of which 28 of those years have been in Carlisle. 

These girls are also the current SWBL Champs!
