WARREN COUNTY, Ohio - The unofficial results for the 2023 November 7th Issue 1 Proposed Constitutional Amendment are in from the Warren County Board of Elections.

The breakdown of Warren County voters is as followed:

• Registered Voters (171,903), No Party (118,729), Republican (37,580), Democrat (15,469), Libertarian (125)

Unofficial voter turnout from the 2023 November 7th special election is 53.0%. For the November 7th, 2023 General election:

• Total ballots cast - 91,126

• Election day - 67,142

• Early voting - 15,577

• Mail ballots - 7,399

The Warren County Board of Elections allows for absentee ballots post marked for November 7th be received 10 days after the election. The Official Canvass is done 21 days after the election.

The unofficial results for Warren County are:

• NO - 47,546 (52.54%)
• YES - 42,942 (47.46%)
