Franklin Man Dies From Apparent Suicide In Butler County Jail

Travis Goad, of Franklin, was found dead in the Butler County Jail on Monday.  He was been arrested for allegedly inducing panic by reporting a bomb.  Police and the bomb squad responded to a  vehicle in the parking lot of a Walgreen's store.  The store was located at the corner of 747 and Union Center Blvd.  in West Chester.  There was no bomb found at the location.  

Goad, 33, was facing charges for making false alarms and inducing panic.
