The 3rd ANNUAL ‘DO DAYS’ COMMUNITY-WIDE SERVICE EVENT Has Room for 100 More Volunteers
LEBANON, OH -- Rotary Cincinnati Do Days brings together more than 650 volunteers for a three-day service project starting October 24 – 26 that intends to complete dozens of service projects for around 35 Tri-State non-profit organizations. The Rotary Club of Cincinnati is seeking more than 100 volunteers to help with service projects affiliated with the following organizations:
- The Betts-Longworth Historic District – West End, Cincinnati
- Countryside YMCA – Lebanon
- Dress for Success – Norwood
- Family Promise – Lebanon
- Housing Opportunities of Northern Kentucky – Erlanger
- Matthew 25 Ministries – Blue Ash
- Music Resource Center at the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati – Evanston, Cincinnati
- New Path Child & Family Solutions – Anderson Twp.
- Playtime Early Learning Center – Colerain Twp.
- St. Francis Seraph Ministries – Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati
The final push call for volunteers will help the Rotary Club of Cincinnati complete services including light landscaping; sorting, organizing and packing donations; preparing and serving meals; and painting and cleaning. Several corporate and civic partners have already committed to supporting the service initiative including the Joe Burrow Foundation and UC Health, which are packing and delivering 12,000 meals in support of UC Health’s Food is Medicine program.
