FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, WARREN COUNTY, OH --  A Franlkin Township family was met with a bizare and dangerous situation Easter Morning.  Tiffany Miller explains the event on her Facebook Page...

"Around 1am Easter morning, our family experienced a deeply frightening and dangerous situation that we feel needs to be shared publicly.

A vehicle pulled into our driveway with its headlights off. The African American man inside the vehicle got out, knelt down in the driveway with his head lowered, like he was praying. After returning to his vehicle and sitting there for some time, he walked up our driveway and then, to my front door knocking.

Back to car when no answer and 2 mins later back to front door knocking louder this time. We were down stairs sleeping. I woke up and walked up thinking my daughter was locked out and nope it wasn’t her. It was a man I didn’t know.

We did not respond and again he went back to his car. When one of our daughters arrived home shortly afterward, he was still outside sitting in his car At that point, Andy went out to confront him. The man immediately exited his vehicle, began making explicit threats to kill him, repeatedly invoking religious language, and started moving closer in an aggressive manner. Specifically stating “I’m gonna kill you in the name of Allah” ( Allah is the Islamic god).

Andy retreated into the house while shouting for our daughter to drive away, after he pulled the knife on him. The man briefly pursued toward the home before returning to his vehicle.

He, then, drove off and chased after one of our daughters who had just left in her car.

We are sharing this to alert our community, in fear this incident might not reach the media as it should. This was a terrifying encounter, and we are grateful no one was harmed last night.

Luckily, shortly after this man was found and taken into custody. He needs to stay in custody and not be released anytime soon. Posting so people know to be aware of everything around you. People are crazy."
