LEBANON, OH -- Staff at the Harmon Museum were greeted by a stray kitten this past Wednesday.(It that looks much like the kitten this story's photo, the Harmon report noted.)
"It was extremely cold and huddled up to the cracks where the heat was escaping. None of our staff was able to take her in so she was taken to the Humane Shelter in Lebanon and left with our business card," the newsletter states, adding, "From what we understand, they hold animals for a week before euthanizing them. We plan to return for her before then, but if you find yourself able to adopt a sweet young cat, please call the shelter at (513) 695-1176."
Patchy rain nearby, with a high of 56 and low of 34 degrees. Sunny in the morning, partly cloudy during the afternoon, clear during the evening, patchy rain nearby overnight.
