Learn What Makes A Masterpiece at the Harmon Museum

LEBANON, OH -- Harmon Museum offers weekly classes that meet on Saturday mornings. This month's series begins February 7th and is titled "What makes A Masterpiece?"

Taught by Harmon Museum Executive Director and long-time professor, Michael Coyan, the class, which is a series of four, 60-minute lectures, will explore the application of the word "masterpiece" to works of art. The class will examine great works from Ancient Greece to present day. 

The class will also explore works within the Harmon Museum art collection and attempt to establish the "masterpiece" criteria to work the students select.  Classed go from 11:00 am to 12:00pm and meet at:
