Appointing A Two Time School Board Candidate Loser Was A Huge Insult

The Little Miami school district just swore in a new school board member. David Whiting was sworn in after being appointed to the position by Judge Kirby. Mr. Whiting ran for the Little Miami school board twice and the Little Miami community rejected him soundly. This appointment was a huge slap in the face to the Little Miami community who voted twice not to allow Mr. Whiting to represent them on the school board. So why would judge Kirby choose to appoint a two time loser to a school board seat? The stakeholders want to know the answer to this question as well.

Out of about 30 viable candidates, Mr. Kirby, a so-called Republican, appointed a radical left wing democrat to a school board seat in a community dominated by conservative Republicans. It turns out that Judge Kirby and his family have a close relationship with the Little Miami Superintendent, Regina Morgan and the Whitings. It appears that Judge Kirby should have recused himself from this decision. Everyone needs to ask Mr. Kirby why he chose a school board appointee when the community clearly did not support this decision. It turns out that a small group of radical leftists who bully, intimidate and disrupt the school board meetings were allowed to win this seat therefore have won their war against the community, common sense and proper decorum.

During the recent school board meeting, when other stakeholders spoke out about the bad appointment decision many of these radical leftists jeered, shouted out and growled while no one did that to them when they spoke. One of the biggest bullies was so disruptive the speakers could not be heard. When an audience member said “shhhhhhh” one of the angry disruptors, Beth Goldenstein, currently on the board of Warren County Board of Elections and the former chairwoman of the Warren County Democratic party shouted back, “ shut up, shut up, shut up, bitch”.

This was captured on film and is posted to the Facebook page “Greene County Sentinel News”. Beth was unable to hold her anger over being told to stop shouting out over the speaker. This is the kind of juvenile behavior we see from the disruptive, mean radicals in many school board meetings. Conservatives need to stand up to these bullies shoving their agenda into our schools. Rogue judges like Judge Kirby in Warren County need to be told their behavior is not fair to the community they serve and we do not support their intrusive agenda and they are not above their community. Mr Kirby, we did not elect you to rule over us, we elected you to protect our rights. Appointing a two time school board candidate loser to the Little Miami school board was a huge insult to the Little Miami community. We respectfully ask you to resign your position or resend your decision to appoint Mr.Whiting.
