MASON, OH -- The Cincinnati Open has launched a Fan Personality Quiz, an interactive online test to identify a fan’s “personality” and help them customize their tournament experience.
The answers to eight “this or that” questions will generate the user’s fan personality, and each of the five profiles suggest which Cincinnati Open tickets are best for them, what activities to pursue while on site, and which players they should follow.
The test is live now at cincinnatiopen.com/tickets/personality-quiz.
“There are so many ways to enjoy the Cincinnati Open, from the early days with 40-plus matches to the excitement of the finals when a trophy will be lifted, plus all the food, drink, entertainment and hospitality experiences available around the grounds,” said Tournament Director Bob Moran. “The Fan Personality Quiz is a way to learn the tastes of our fans and elevate their experience from start to finish, giving them customized recommendations for their visit to get the most enjoyment out of the tournament.”
The eight questions on the quiz offer two options for a user to select their preference. Examples include “Prefer to cook at home or try a new restaurant?” and “Attend a food and wine festival or a music festival?” A ninth question asks for demographic information and how much the fan is looking to spend on event tickets.
After completing the quiz, each fan is assigned one of five personality types:
- Epicurean,
- Jock,
- Quality Timer,
- Relaxer or
- Socialite
The results share a description of the fan’s personality and come with an avatar that can be easily shared on social media. There will also be links provided to purchase the recommended tickets and find information about the suggested activities and players.
The Cincinnati Open annually hosts the world’s best men’s and women’s professional tennis players as a 1000-level tournament on both the ATP and WTA Tours. The 2025 tournament will be held Aug. 5-18. Tickets are on sale now at cincinnatiopen.com.
