Integrated Health and Wellness Day in the 'Boro

SPRINGBORO, OH -- Springboro's White Dove Circle Health and Wellness Center will host their 2nd annual Integrated Health and Wellness in the 'Boro on Saturday, January 25th.  The event will be featuring free workshops and more.

Patricia Zimmerman, White Dove Circle Health and Wellness Center owner, is joining with Jenny Henderson, Essential Yoga and Fitness, to kick off the event with a free yoga class in Jenny's studio located at 155 S. Main Street, Springboro at 9:15am. 

Then, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., the  day's events will  continue on at White Dove Circle Health and Wellness Center located at 205 East Street. Zimmerman and her practitioners will kick off 11 free workshops with the first beginning at 10:15.
