SPRINGBORO, OH -- City of Springboro recently released four Public Notices to be published to inform its citizens.

BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MEETING & PUBLIC HEARING

A meeting of the City of Springboro Board of Zoning Appeals, that will include a Public Hearing for a variance from the Planning and Zoning Code, will take place on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 6:00 m. in Council Chambers at the Springboro City Building, 320 West Central Avenue, Springboro, Ohio45066.

The variance application, filed on behalf of TowerCo 2013, LLC (TowerCo), a Verizon Wireless contractor, seeks a 16.25-foot variance from the minimum fall zone requirements in Section 1264.40, Personal Wireless Service (PWS) Facilities, of the Planning and Zoning Code. TowerCo intends to construct a PWS facility on an easement located on undeveloped property northwest of the intersection of South Pioneer Drive and West Lower Springboro Road. The property had no assigned address.

The Public Hearing is being held in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Code of the City of Springboro. A copy of the variance application is available for review on the City of Springboro’s website at www.cityofspringboro.com under Springboro News and the Springboro Building & Zoning Department at 320 W. Central Avenue, Springboro, Ohio 45066 between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday, legal holidays excepted. The board may also conduct business during the meeting for organizational or general purposes.

NOVEMBER 6, 2025 WORK SESSION TIME CHANGE TO 5:30 PM
AND
NOVEMBER 20, 2025 CITY COUNCIL MEETING RESCHEDULED

City Council will meet on November 6, 2024 beginning with a Work Session at 5:30 PM to accommodate the annual CIP/budget presentation followed by two consecutive Regular Meetings (November 6 & 20) beginning at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers at the Springboro Municipal Building, 320 W. Central Avenue, Springboro, OH 45066. The November 20 Work Session and Regular Meeting date has been canceled.

CITY COUNCIL LEGAL COMMITTEE MEETING

The City of Springboro Legal Committee will meet on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at the Springboro Municipal Building, 320 W. Central Avenue, Springboro, OH 45066. The Legal Committee will meet to review certain professional legal services contracts. The Legal Committee may conduct business during the meeting concerning said legal matters or for general purposes.
