CARLISLE, OH -- Community residents came together for Carlisle's Memorial Day Event to remember those that made the ultimate sacrifice. 

Councilwoman Deborah Kemper, Mayor Randy Winkler, guest speaker Tom Ratliff along with Jim Gross of Gross Lumber.

After Mayor Randy Winkler's opening remarks, Veteran Tom Ratliff took the stage as this year's guest speaker. The ceremony also included a 21 gun salute and Taps being played by Mike Ratliff.
