CARLISLE, OH -- This was the 21st year that students from Carlisle Junior High took a trip to Washington DC. While in DC, the students visit the Arlington Cemetery where four students are chosen to place a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington Cemetery.
To even be considered for this once in a life time act, students were given the assignment to write a one page essay on why they should represent Carlisle Junior High for this great honor. After reading each students' essay, teachers picked these top four students to place the wreath upon the grave. They were: Seth Adkins, Bella Ball, Megan Elliot and Nolan Oda.
