Carlisle Students Experience Camp Joy

CARLISLE, OH -- Last week, nearly one hundred 6th grade students from Carlisle attended Camp Joy. The students enjoyed activities ranging from ziplines to fossil hunts to meeting animals that the camp has rescued.

Through state standard-aligned lessons, students took a deep dive into nature and learned how to work together and challenge themselves.

For more than 80 years, Camp Joy has been providing a hands-on experience for students and adults to learn about nature and the world around us.
