FRANKLIN, OH -- When thinking of detox, one might compare it to maintenance on a car. Periodically, the car needs an oil change; remove the dirty oil and add the clean oil. This allows the car to run efficiently, and the result is the vehicle lasts longer.

The same thing pertains to our bodies; clean out the impurities and put in clean foods and needed supplements.

There are signs and symptoms that reveal one may be toxic and in need of a detox. They are:

  • Brittle or soft nails
  • Frequent headaches
  • Constipation

There are parts of the body that can be detoxed...

  • Liver….The liver removes toxins, breakdown, balance and create nutrients, increases metabolism and produces bile which breakdown fats.
  • Kidneys….Cleanses the blood of toxins and transforms waste into urine to be excreted out of the body
  • Sinuses….There is a detox that cleanses the sinuses and decreases allergens.
  • Gastrointestinal….Balances flora; a good bacteria that keeps the digestive tract healthy and prevents overgrowth of yeast which causes many issues throughout the body.

Lifestyle changes can help resolve these symptoms and make the difference in one’s health. Now it's time to find the right plan. A Health Connection offers individual plans for detoxing. If you have interest in learning more, contact me at brenda@ahealthconnection.com or call or text 513 515-0710.

Exodus 23:25 says...’so you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you’.
