LEBANON, OH -- One of Warren County’s best kept secrets is KELLY’S MEATS AND DELI, a super go-to for meat, carry out sandwiches and famous tacos. Located in a small strip market on state Route 63 when heading into Lebanon at Glosser Road, Kelly's is known to draw in the crowds, especially on Taco Tuesday.
On Taco Tuesday, Kelly's promotes a 3 taco entrée, offering 3 kinds of tacos from which to choose for just $10.99. (This price does not include a beverage.) The tacos are :
- Boss Taco (chicken with slaw topping )
- Authentic (beef and cilantro) and
- American (traditional American style with tomato, lettuce and cheese)
- Also available on Taco Tuesday is taco salad and walking tacos. (These are in addition to the daily sandwich menu on Tuesdays.)
Along with the Taco Tuesday specials, there are other daily lunch specials for $10.99 that can be found on Kelly's Meats and Deli Facebook page. And, along with all the food items to choose from on the menu, which also includes a dinner menu, there is also a full bar, offering spirits, beer and wine.
One of the highlights of Kelly’s is the meat market where almost any kind of meat can be found. With beef being their speciality, Kelly's is a great place to run into to grab some burgers or steaks for the grill at the last minute.
Bubba McGinnis, a life long resident of Warren County, started the business with a food truck. Today, Kelly’s Meats and Deli has progressed into being one of the best food purveyors in Warren County. Just recently it was highly ranked in the Warren County Entertainment Survey.
Currently, on Tuesday evenings, there is dinner music from 5:30 to 7:30 by Lebanon's local pianist Jay Mills, and on Wednesdays, there is Karaoke. (These events can make for a fun date night.)
