FRANKLIN, OH -- Nestled in the far north western section of Warren County sits Franklin Township. What's unique about Franklin Township is the number of incorporated cities and school districts that make up this township. Franklin Township is divided into the four school districts. They are:
Residents who live in Franklin Township may also live in the one of the these three cities:
All register voters in Franklin Township, which includes the City of Franklin and the portions of Carlisle and Middletown that are within the township lines that are within Warren County boarders, are eligible to vote for a Franklin Township Trustee and Fiscal Officer.

ELECTRIC AGGREGATION - A majority affirmative vote is necessary for passage
Shall the City of Carlisle have the authority to aggregate the retail electric loads located in the City of Carlisle, and for that purpose, enter into service agreements to facilitate for those loads the sale and purchase of electricity, such aggregation to occur automatically except where any person elects to opt out?
GAS AGGREGATION - A majority affirmative vote is necessary for passage
Shall the City of Carlisle have the authority to aggregate the retail natural gas loads located in the City of Carlisle, and for that purpose, enter into service agreements to facilitate for those loads the sale and purchase of natural gas, such aggregation to occur automatically except where any person elects to opt out?
Carlisle Residents will also be voting for the two council members and mayor whose positions expire at the end of the year.
Incumbent Mayor Randy Winkler is being challenged by council member Tim Humphries for the Mayor Seat.
Incumbents Debbie Kemper and Chris Stivers running to keep their seats with no challengers.

City of Middletown will be choosing a new mayor and two new council people. Middletown's Council consist of four members of council plus a mayor. Current Mayor Nicole A. Condrey is not running for re-election and neither are council members Talbott C. Moon and Monica Nenni.
