WHAT TRUE HEALING IS AND HOW TO ACHIEVE IT

Patricia Zimmerman, White Dove Circle

The human body has an innate capacity to heal itself. This workshop invites you to explore what true healing looks like when it begins from within. You’ll learn how the mind, body, emotions, and spirit work together to support well-being—or contribute to dis-ease (energy not flowing with ease). We’ll explore how thoughts and emotions impact the physical body, how unresolved patterns can settle into the body, and how to reconnect with your body’s natural healing intelligence.

Through guided discussion and practical experiences, you’ll learn how to listen more deeply to your body and be introduced to simple, effective self-healing techniques you can use in everyday life. This workshop focuses on healing from the inside out—empowering you to become an active participant in your own well-being. If you’re ready for meaningful change, this is your starting point. The time for change is now—and it begins with you.

PARASITES: SYMPTOMS, TREATMENT, PREVENTION

Antonia Storer

Every day, new information emerges about parasites and their impact on our health and well-being. In this informative workshop, you’ll uncover the hidden ways parasites can affect your body. We’ll explore the most common types of parasites, how they enter the body, and the subtle—and not-so-subtle—symptoms they can cause. Participants will gain practical, evidence-based strategies for diagnosing, treating, and naturally supporting the body through recovery.

The workshop will also cover essential prevention methods to protect yourself and your loved ones from future infections. Whether you’re looking to improve your overall health or address ongoing concerns, this session provides actionable knowledge to help you take control of your well-being.

Antonia has always been passionate about health and healing. She is a licensed massage therapist (non-practicing), educated at SHI in Lebanon, where she developed a focus on whole-body wellness. Although she currently works as a harness horse trainer, her lifelong curiosity has led her to explore holistic methods of healing extensively. Her journey into alternative health deepened after a friend introduced her to Dr. Simon Yu. Antonia discovered she had parasites contributing to her health challenges and experienced significant improvement through Dr. Yu’s treatment. While self-taught and not formally medically certified, Antonia shares her insights with those seeking natural wellness. Many who follow her guidance report notable improvements in their health and well-being.

STRESSED OUT? HEALING YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM

Sarah Rodewald, NP-C, Turning Point Health & Wellness

Chronic stress isn’t “just in your head”—it creates real, measurable changes in your body. In this talk, we’ll explore what’s actually happening biochemically when your nervous system is under stress, how those changes show up as physical symptoms, and why so many people feel stuck in cycles of fatigue, anxiety, inflammation, and burnout.

We’ll break down the stages of chronic adrenal stress and nervous system dysregulation, helping you understand where your body may be right now. Most importantly, we’ll shift from awareness to action—sharing practical, approachable tools to begin regulating your nervous system and rebuilding resilience from the inside out.

This talk is for anyone who feels wired but tired, overwhelmed, depleted, or disconnected from their body—and is ready to move from survival mode into a state of safety, balance, and healing.

Sarah Rodewald graduated from WSU with her BSN and practiced as an RN at Miami Valley Hospital for seven years. While working there she realized that she wanted to help people be able to avoid getting these debilitating and chronic conditions. During the family nurse practitioner program at Cedarville University, she learned about functional medicine and realized that treating symptoms was still not going to be enough to help people achieve real and lasting health. After graduating she started working at Western Medicine and during that time she was supported to certify in functional medicine through IFM and started incorporating those principles into her family practice care. As this part of her care with patients grew, it became clear that 15-minute visits weren’t enough to address the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. Through collaboration with her employer, they started Dayton Center for Functional Medicine which she ran for 2 years before taking over the business and changing the name to Partnered Healing Functional Medicine. Sarah is passionate about helping people come back to the root of who they are as a complete person which involves supporting their physical, mental, and emotional well being.
