FRANKLIN, OH -- City of Franklin's Police Chief Colon presented two of his officers with Meritorious Awards before council members at Monday night's regular council meeting.
Officer Chris Keene and Officer Tiffany Mountjoy were recognized for bravery and service in their quick actions of pulling a woman out of a house that was on fire and full of smoke. Chief Colon noted .... because of their quick actions, they saved her life.
