Cincinnati Magazine is expanding its portfolio of signature lifestyle experiences with the debut of the Luxe Living Home Tour, a new scattered-site luxury home tour showcasing eight exceptional residences throughout Northern Kentucky this fall.

The inaugural tour presented by Watson’s invites guests to explore magnificent new homes in Newport, Southgate, Dayton, Ft. Mitchell and Union, Kentucky over three consecutive weekends: September 18-20, September 25-27, October 2-4 from noon-6 p.m. each day.

The self-guided tour experience will feature eight luxury homes built by Ashley Builders, Cutter Custom Homes, Our Farmer House, Real Life Homes, Redknot Custom Homes and The Residences at Ovation, with seven of the featured properties available for purchase. Rather than limiting guests to a single development, Luxe Living offers an up-close look at the latest home trends, modern architecture, inspired interiors, premium finishes and distinctive lifestyles across several of Northern Kentucky’s most desirable communities.

To participate in the self-guided tour, guests will download the official Luxe Living Home Tour App as their guide to navigate to each of the properties. There is no cost to access each home, and guests may personalize their route order and pace of their choosing during tour hours.

By utilizing the app, the upscale tour also becomes an interactive and rewarding experience. Guests earn points by checking in at featured homes and visiting sponsor stations, increasing their opportunities to win prizes totaling more than $2,500. Prizes will be awarded to top point earners, with random drawings giving every participant a chance to win regardless of point total.

Prizes include exclusive discounts on home furnishings and décor, tickets to popular events, gift certificates to premier restaurants and more. Grand prizes include a piece of designer jewelry, a luxury brand handbag and $500 gift cards to Watsons. The person with the most points accumulated will win one of the luxurious grand prizes and another grand prize winner will be randomly selected from all of those who downloaded the app and visited all the homes.
