If a foe fails to score, you can't lose. Xenia proved that in blanking Sidney 34-0 in Ohio high school football on October 21.

The first quarter gave Xenia a 20-0 lead over Sidney.

The Buccaneers' offense breathed fire in front for a 27-0 lead over the Yellow Jackets at the intermission.

Xenia roared to a 34-0 lead heading into the final quarter.

The scoreboard was in hibernation in the fourth quarter, with neither team scoring.


Some kind of impressive: Brookville pounds Franklin 49-14

Brookville's river of points eventually washed away Franklin in a 49-14 cavalcade for an Ohio high school football victory on October 21.

Brookville moved in front of Franklin 7-0 to begin the second quarter.

The Blue Devils registered a 21-0 advantage at intermission over the Wildcats.

Brookville struck to a 49-14 lead heading into the final quarter.

Neither squad scored in the final quarter.


Bishop Fenwick finds its footing in sprinting past Dayton's Carroll 39-6

Bishop Fenwick's powerful offense roared to a resounding victory by pulling away from Carroll 39-6 in an Ohio high school football matchup.

The first quarter gave  Fenwick a 6-0 lead over Carroll.

The Falcons fought to a 33-6 halftime margin at the Patriots' expense.

Cincinnati Winton Woods opened a giant 17-0 gap over Lebanon at halftime.

Cincinnati Winton Woods steamrolled to a 38-0 lead heading into the final quarter.

Cincinnati Winton Woods maintained the upper hand despite being outscored 8-6 in the fourth quarter.


Little Miami squeaks past Walnut Hills in tight tilt 24-21

Friday's outing turned into an endurance test that Little Miami passed in a 24-21 victory at  Walnut Hills' expense at Cincinnati Walnut Hills on October 21 in Ohio football action.

Neither team dominated early as the two squads struggled evenly to a 7-7 tie through the first quarter.

An intermission tie at 14-14 allowed for a respite as both teams looked to regroup in the locker room.

Carlisle showed up with its game face on and never let go to key a 28-21 victory against Waynesville in Ohio high school football on October 21.

Carlisle opened with a 14-0 advantage over Waynesville through the first quarter.

A halftime tie at 14-14 allowed for a respite as both teams looked to regroup in the locker room.

Neither defense permitted points in the third quarter.

The Indians avoided the brakes and shifted into victory gear via a 14-7 stretch over the final quarter.
