Primary Care Physician Joins Kettering Health Medical Group

LEBANON, OH -- Charles Horsley, MD, has joined Kettering Health Medical Group Primary Care at Lebanon Health Center. Dr. Horsley specializes in family medicine and is committed to patient-centered care.

He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Cincinnati and completed his residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. Dr. Horsley served on the medical staff for Kettering Health Main Campus before his role now.
