LEBANON, OH -- It's that time of year when more people are traveling, and workers are working on the roads that people are using to travel. For those driving throughout Ohio, there is a law that requires for you to move over a lane for any roadside worker or vehicle with flashing lights. And, if you cannot safely move over, you are required to slow down.
To remind Ohioan of this important law, Governor Dewine's press conference earlier this week was on the increased enforcement of this law in work zones. Also, Jack Marchbanks, the Ohio Department of Transportation Director, shared the new Public Service Announcements that will be running throughout the state on radio and television the next few months to help remind drivers... Move Over. Slow Down.
