WARREN COUNTY, OH -- Congressmen Landsman, who serves the residents of District 1, which is all of Warren County and a portion of Hamilton County, has paid internship opportunities open in the district and DC for a student looking to work for SW Ohio.
"Interns in SW Ohio support our outreach and casework team by staffing events and answering phones. DC interns support our legislative and communications team with projects, attend briefings and hearings, and answer phones from constituents," reads the notice in Landsman's newsletter.
The paid internships will run from Monday 1/13/2025 through Friday 5/2/2025. Internships are open to college students and recent graduates, with the work day generally running from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Intern responsibilities include answering phones, researching legislation, answering constituent letters on various issues before the House, and for D.C.-based interns, attending hearings and briefings. Interns will also assist in various administrative tasks as needed. Applicants with ties to the 1st Congressional District of Ohio are preferred, but not required.
