CARLISLE, OH -- Carlisle Special Events Committee announced the winners of The Holiday Home Decorating contest. The 2o22 winners go to:

• The Best Business: VALLEY REAL ESTATE - 441 PARK DRIVE

Winners received a gift basket on 12/16 with items donated from local Carlisle businesses.
