CARLISLE, OH -- Carlisle 6th grade students attended Camp Joy May 15-17. While at camp, the students took on many fun and educational adventures.
They included:
- Ropes course and Zipline!
- Visited the Camp Nature Center, where they held snakes, birds, rabbits, and turtles!
- Map and Compass class through the woods, finding landmarks on camp property!
- Everchanging Earth class, in the creek bed and the fun clay wall!
- Group Initiatives; working together to overcome obstacles!
- Camp Fire with skits, songs, and of course S’mores!
- Night Hike with activities focused on Senses of Hearing and Smell!
The students and staff had a fantastic time at Camp Joy in 2024!
