How do you decide what products or events will be offered to customers? We use our knowledge and resources to provide custom-built service solutions to our neighbors. It's really based entirely on their unique situations and needs.

What was your vision when you started the business? I went through a foreclosure myself many years ago, so I understand firsthand what kind of impact that has on someone, their family, and their entire future. I wanted to do what I could to spare others from having to go through it, too. From there, I expanded my knowledge base and network, and witnessed the Probate process, and brought that under my umbrella of expertise as well. As our team has grown, we've added local experts in various industries to improve our ability to achieve our goals of improving our communities!

Since you have owned the business, what accomplishment makes you the most proud? This is a tough one! It's so difficult to pick out just one example of the great successes we've achieved over the years. If I had to pick one, I think it would have to be the pure joy and relief we witness on our homeowner's faces when we've closed on their property, and they're finally free or whatever yoke they were carrying around their necks that came along with it - sometimes it's an entangled divorce full of stress and uncertainty, sometimes it's an elderly widow who has no family nearby and feels very alone and anxious, sometimes it's a family who has just lost a loved one and they no longer have to worry about the house full of years of hoarding and weeks of effort - at the end of the day, that's what makes it all so very worth what we do!

What would you like to say to your customers? Thank you for believing in us and trusting us to handle tough situations! We were very honored and humbled this past fall to win the Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Outstanding Ethics in the Marketplace, and we couldn't have done that without the community's support.
