Cincinnati Magazine’s signature dining series, Savor Cincinnati, returns this April for a spring edition of the elaborate culinary experience featuring one-time-only menus.

Savor Cincinnati is an elaborate, luxurious fine dining series featuring custom menus developed by talented local chef duos paired from different local restaurants.

The chefs collaborate to design multi-course menus available on consecutive evenings throughout the week. This popular dining event is only held twice a year – once in the spring and once in the fall. This is the ninth year of the popular series.

Created to celebrate the robust Queen City culinary scene, Savor Cincinnati is truly a lavish dining experience that elevates and showcases our city’s top culinary talent. This highly coveted and exclusive dining event will once again be held at the fabulous Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati – April 14-17.

These exquisite Savor evenings begin with an all-inclusive cocktail hour with stylish drinks, sophisticated hors d’oeuvres and various photo opportunities. Guests are then ushered into the formal dining room where the chefs will personally introduce each course and tell the stories behind their culinary collaborations, giving guests a personalized look at how they prepare and plate their final dishes.

Each course is matched with a unique and high-end wine pairing, described in detail by an on-site sommelier, and bottles of the featured wines are available for purchase and to take home at the end of each evening. Wine sale proceeds benefit a different local non-profit each night.

The much-anticipated lineup for the 2026 Spring edition of Savor Cincinnati is as follows:

Tuesday, April 14 – benefiting St. Vincent de Paul

Chef Anthony Sitek of Crown Restaurant Group

Chef Paul Barraco of Barraco Restaurant Group

Wednesday, April 15 – benefiting Endurance in Education
