The City of Carlisle is excited to kick-off their Thursday Night Food Truck program on Thursday, May 1, 2025 from 5 PM to 8 PM... but with a few changes.  The schedule for trucks will be every other Thursday night this year, and the city is offering one themed-night each month. 

Community Night will be this year's theme to kick-off the 2025 Thursday Night Food Truck Season. Sponsored by Gross Lumber and Phil's Auto, is all about the Carlisle Community.

 Carlisle High School Jazz Band and Cheerleaders will perform at 6 pm.  Scheduled food trucks for Community Night:

• 1. Schmidt’s Sausage Truck
• 2. Claybourne Grill
• 3. Double Dippin’ Ice cream
