LEBANON, OH -- Of the 28,190 registered voters in Warren County 3,719 ballots were cast. They were broken down as follows:

Two counties help make up Carlisle Local School District and the voters in both Montgomery and Warren counties voted yes to renewing an existing levy for the purpose of avoiding an operating deficit.
Franklin voters passed tax levy substituting for an existing levy for the purpose of providing for the necessary requirements of the school district in the initial sum of $7,750,000, and a levy of taxes be made outside of the ten- mill limitation estimated by the county auditor to require 13.920 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $488 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's appraised value for the initial year of the tax, for a period of 5 years. While there are residents in Warren County who are in the Xenia School District, no warren county residents came to vote on the proposed income tax renewal. The renewal did pass, however, in Greene County. The result was:
Ninety two percent of the voters in Precinct 52 voted yes that the sale of wine and mixed beverages and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday by Wok India, L.L.C., a D-6 liquor permit. The results were:
Voters in the city limits of Middletown in both Butler and Warren Counties agreed for both the Electric and Gas Aggregation, which will allow the city to have the authority to aggregate the retail electric loads and natural gas located in the City of Middletown.
After the 2020 Census, South Lebanon became a city and needed to create a charter. After Tuesday's vote the charter was adopted by over 84% of its voters.
Voters also agreed to give the city the authority to aggregate the retail electric loads located in the City of South Lebanon and enter into service agreements to facilitate for those loads the sale and purchase of electricity.
