WARREN COUNTY, OH -- Warren County Career Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Katrina Hillard as the new Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Hillard brings 13 years of extensive experience in public school finance, most recently serving as Treasurer/CFO at Shared Resource Center, where she managed financial operations for multiple school districts. Her proven track record includes excellence in budget preparation, financial reporting, and district leadership on all financial matters.
"The Board extends its gratitude to the Warren County ESC, Tom Isaacs, and Cary Furniss for their expertise and support during our treasurer search,” said Peggy Phillips, WCCC Board of Education President. “From the early stages of the process, Mrs. Hillard quickly emerged as our top candidate. Her strong qualifications, financial understanding, and leadership abilities impressed our Board, making her the clear choice for this important role. We are excited to have her lead the WCCC's financial operations and look forward to the impact of her leadership."

Hillard holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate's degree from Miami University. She is a licensed School Treasurer in Ohio and has received numerous accolades, including the Auditor of the State Award with Distinction and certificates of achievement for excellence in financial reporting from both Government Finance Officers Association and the Association of School Business Officials International.
Mrs. Hillard will assume her new role at Warren County Career Center soon, with an official start date to be announced in the coming weeks.
