Clinton County Foundation Launches Search for Executive Director to Lead $35 Million Community Foundation

WILMINGTON, OHIO -- The Clinton County Foundation (CCF), a nationally accredited community foundation managing $35 million in assets, announced today it is seeking a new Executive Director to lead the organization into its next phase of growth and community impact.

The Executive Director will serve as the strategic leader and principal representative of the Foundation, working closely with the Board of Trustees to advance the Foundation's mission of enhancing philanthropy throughout Clinton County.

"This is a pivotal moment for the Clinton County Foundation as we look to expand our impact and further strengthen our role as a catalyst for positive change in the community," said Jeff Drapalik, President of the Clinton County Foundation Board. "We are seeking a visionary leader who can build upon our strong foundation and guide us toward new opportunities for growth and service."

The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in community foundation leadership, donor development, and strategic planning. The position requires expertise in fund management, donor relations, and a demonstrated passion for community philanthropy.

Key responsibilities of the Executive Director will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the Foundation's mission
  • Building relationships with current and prospective donors
  • Overseeing all fund development and asset management activities
  • Managing the Foundation's community engagement and grant-making programs
  • Leading the organization's administrative operations and staff development

The Clinton County Foundation, which holds a Council on Foundations National Standards accreditation, supports numerous charitable initiatives throughout Clinton County through its donor-advised funds, scholarship programs, and community grant-making.
