WARREN COUNTY, OH -- It's hard to deal with this hot humid weather when a person is young and in great shape. So, what are we nature lovers to do as we grow older and the humidity gets to the point where the air makes it hard to breathe and the meteorologist is saying stay in doors?... Our WarrenCountyPost.com Ohio Certified Volunteer Naturalist Dave Woehr shared his secret (and his photo)...
I've been driving country roads a lot this summer and seeing a lot of deer. So far all of them have been does and fawns. Bucks should have developing velvet-covered antlers now, but being very wary they remain out of sight in dense cover most of the time. Here a doe shows her 2-month old fawn where to find a tasty snack under an apple tree.
Sunny, with a high of 87 and low of 59 degrees. Sunny for the morning, clear overnight.
