WARREN COUNTY, OH -- As many already know, a major winter storm is predicted to bring crippling ice and sleet to portions of the Southern Plains and Lower Mississippi Valley Friday into the weekend. For those of us here in the Ohio Valley, we are in an area that can possibly experience heavy snow along with temperatures being in the negative much of next week.
