WARREN COUNTY, OH -- Warren County Park District announced in their weekly newsletter that Gulley Park will be temporarily closed May 11-14 for paving.as it makes improvements to the park.

05/13 Wellness Walk at Hisey Park

Warren County Park District is doing a “Vitamin N” (nature) walk on May 13, starting at 9:00am and going until around 10:15am at Hisey Park.

"Join us for a quiet and relaxing walk, perfect for enjoying some “Vitamin N” (nature) and connecting with new friends. It’s a great way to get a little exercise, breathe in fresh air, and enjoy the beauty around us," reads its newsletter.

While the hike does have one steep portion, the walk will be slow as hikers stop to look at the wildflowers that are in bloom and chat about other things. "So, don't let that deter you!" states the newsletter. Also, don't hesistate to bring walking sticks, if you'd like.

The walk will be cancelled only if thre is lightning, thunder or dangerously strong winds; any updates will be posted on the Warren County Park District website.
