LEBANON, OH -- One of 250 grant-winning businesses, Salon Noir Lebanon will receive a $5,000 small business grant from the Services That Back Us Program presented by American Express. The program, which operates in partnership with Main Street America is a nationwide initiative that backs small business owners who have been impacted by the pandemic to keep planning for long-term success.
Owner of Salon Noir, Amber Bromer, received a nomination from Rebecca Strole of Main Street Lebanon. Mayor Mark Messer also showed his support with a glowing letter of recommendation.
Bromer learned on Monday that her Lebanon salon was a selected recipient.
“With the help of this grant, I plan to create more opportunities and awareness for my staff and to even add a couple more salon stations!” says Bromer.
Bromer recently stepped down after 20 years as a stylist to focus on the growth and future of her business, making the timing of the grant ideal.
Salon Noir has two salons, one in Lebanon and another in Centerville.
The company also offers on-site services through their Mobile Salon, lovingly known as the hAirstream, a converted Airstream.
Salon Noir has recently grown its team at both locations and is taking on new clients. To learn more about Salon Noir click here for FB, click here for its Website and here for Instagram or call 513-409-5171.
