Meet Max HARTS Super Star of the Week!

Image

MASON, OH -- Max is approximately 2 years old and weighs 89 lbs. We think he is a Great Pyrenees mix. Max is a huge love bug – he’d like to be a lap dog, but his foster family is working on that!

He likes other dogs and would love to have another dog in his home to play with. He likes being in the backyard, so a fenced yard would be best. No apartments.

Max is house trained. He goes in a crate when we leave, because he still likes to get into things. Obedience training would go a long way. He also sleeps in his crate and often goes there to take a nap.

Max loves toys too. He will unstuff a stuffed toy, and he likes ropes and kongs.

Max will make somebody a great pet. Could that be you? Visit Dog for adoption - MAX, a Great Pyrenees Mix in Cincinnati, OH | Petfinder for more information about Max and the other pets available through HART.

WarrenCountyPost.com is working with HART (Homeless Animal Rescue Team) in helping them with their mission, which is:

  • Helping them rescue homeless animals,
  • Saving them from euthanization, abandonment, and abuse
  • Placing them in forever homes.

All HART pets are fully-vetted (spayed/neutered, up-to-date on all vaccines, micro-chipped, and on heart worm and/or flea and tick preventative) at time of adoption. To help HART perform its mission, WarrenCountyPost.com will be "Spotlighting" an animal that needs a Forever Home on a weekly basis. To learn more about HART visit their website here.
